Dr. Thanashan Rajakulendran, MD, PhD, FRCPC

Dermatologist (Skin Specialist)​

Dr. Rajakulendran is a dermatologist and leading scientist in the field of melanoma skin cancers. He attended the University of Toronto for his undergraduate, medical, PhD, and 5-year residency in dermatology. During his studies at U of T, he won numerous awards, scholarships, and accolades at the local, national, and international level. In 2019, he was selected by the European Society for Dermatology Research (ESDR) to the Academy for Future Leaders in Dermatology.

Dr. Rajakulendran practices all aspects of dermatology and has a keen interest in skin cancers and pigmented lesions.

Dr. Thanu Ruban, MD, FRCPC


Dr. Thanu Ruban is a rheumatologist with a special interest in inflammatory arthritis and osteoporosis.

After finishing her postgraduate medical training in internal medicine at McMaster University, she completed a rheumatology fellowship at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Ruban also provides her specialized expertise at the Osteoporosis Clinic at Markham Stouffville and has a private practice at Boxgrove Medical Arts Building.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Ruban is passionate about teaching and advocacy work. She is a lecturer at the University of Toronto, and an active Board member of the Ontario Rheumatology Association, promoting to improve access to quality rheumatology care in Ontario.

Interventional Radiologist

Dr. Kundu attended medical school at the University of Toronto. He completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Toronto followed by a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University Health Network. 

Dr. Kundu has also obtained the RPVI credential in vascular ultrasound interpretation. He has been awarded fellowships by the Society of Interventional Radiology, Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology Society of Europe as well as American Vein & Lymphatic Society for his contributions to vascular interventional radiology and venous treatments. He is also subspecialized in vascular ultrasound and the treatment of venous disease. Dr. Kundu currently practices at Scarborough Hospital and a number of independent health facilities in the eastern GTA.
