Doctor’s referral not needed!
We cater patients who don’t have a family doctor.
We provide a doctor’s appointment quickly as possible in an urgent situation.
Our goal is to cut down on any unnecessary wait times compared to Emergency or Family Doctors’ Office.
Walk-In & Urgent Care
We are an “Urgent Care Facility” for non-life-threatening emergencies.
We also function as a Walk-In clinic for common medical conditions.
Regular Opening Hours
Monday-Thursday: 9am - 9pm
Friday: 9am – 7pm
Saturday: 9am – 4pm
Sunday: 9am – 7pm
Statutory Holidays: 9am – 4pm
Any changes in our daily operating hours will be updated on our Google Business Profile.
Appointments
All are advised to book the appointment online through our website ‘medcentrehealth.com’, to cut down your waiting time at the clinic.
Patients who walk in without an appointment can register at the Self-Registration Kiosk in the waiting area (Help available for patients who need it).
Patients who have booked the appointment online, doesn’t need to wait in line with the Walk-In patients.
Virtual Care (Phone/Video)
For patients already seen at our clinic and wants to follow-up virtually.
For patients tested Covid positive or stay at home ordered by your doctor or any healthcare worker.
For patients who have severe physical disability and cannot come to the clinic in person
Important Information
Please avoid coming as a walk-in patient in the last hour, unless you have a booked appointment.
Any online appointment time is an approximate time only. This may change due to our patient’s medical conditions and the need for any surgical procedures.
We have the right to prioritize seriously ill (very rare situation) who need doctors’ intervention immediately and treat them earlier than the regular order.
