Dr. Senthill S. Mohan

With extensive experience spanning several years in the field of medicine, Dr. Senthill S. Mohan stands at the forefront of healthcare delivery in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Dr. Mohan's clinical career in Canada includes 14 years of service as an Emergency Physician, following an initial year practicing in Cardiology.

His professional journey has been distinguished by significant international exposure, having worked in corporate and teaching hospitals across multiple countries. Leveraging this global perspective, he collaborated between 2006 and 2011 with Joint Commission International (JCI) USA-accredited hospitals, including Apollo Hospital in India, to support international patients in accessing high-quality medical care.

Driven by his vision to deliver comprehensive, state-of-the-art healthcare services, Dr. Mohan established "Medcentre Connect" in September 2012. Under his leadership, the organization has focused on creating integrated, one-stop medical facilities in the GTA. Previously, Dr. Mohan successfully developed two multi-specialty medical centres — Brimley Road Medical Centre (BRMC) and Markham McNicoll Medical Centre (MMMC) — both located in Toronto and offering a wide range of healthcare services.

Drawing on his background in emergency medicine, Dr. Mohan launched the Markham McNicoll Urgent Care Centre (MMUCC) on November 15, 2014. The centre quickly earned recognition as one of Toronto's top-rated walk-in clinics. As of April 2024, MMUCC continues its commitment to high-quality urgent care under the name Medcentre Urgent Care.

Dr. Mohan has built a highly skilled, multicultural team of physicians, nurses, clinical assistants, and managers dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Effective November 15, 2019, the organization has been operating under the name "Medcentre Health", delivering comprehensive, integrated healthcare services to individuals across all demographics.

Recognizing the growing significance of digital health and artificial intelligence in modern medicine, Dr. Mohan has recently begun integrating these innovations across Medcentre's clinical operations, further enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. Dr. Senthil Mohan successfully led efforts to expand Medcentre Health's services, including the addition of a pharmacy, and relocated operations to a modern professional facility on July 18, 2025, naming it "Medcentre Health Services" — which now serves as the new hub for the organization's comprehensive care offerings.

Plans are underway in 2026 to further expand services, including Primary Care (Family Health Services), Physiotherapy, and Medical Imaging (X-Ray & Ultrasound).
