Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Urgent Care Centre & Walk-In Clinic

Q: Do I need a doctor's referral to visit your Urgent Care?

A: No. A doctor's referral is not required to receive care at our Urgent Care Centre.

Q: What happens if a patient needs immediate medical attention while I'm waiting?

A: Patients with urgent conditions (such as active bleeding) are seen immediately, ahead of patients already waiting in the clinic.

Q: Do walk-in patients wait in the same line as patients with booked appointments?

A: No. Patients with a booked, same-day appointment are given priority and do not wait alongside walk-in patients.

Q: Will I be seen at my exact booked appointment time?

A: Appointment times may shift depending on urgent cases or procedures occurring that day. We make every effort to see booked patients on time, but delays can occur.

Q: Can the clinic stop accepting new patients before the posted closing time?

A: Yes. If patient volume is high and too many people are already waiting after registering, we reserve the right to stop accepting new patients before our regular closing time.

Q: How will I know if the clinic's hours have changed?

A: Any changes to our hours of operation, due to unavoidable circumstances or high patient volume, are updated daily on our Google Business Profile.
